And so it begins…
Hello, some how you ended up here. How? Well… one can only wonder.
I live in a neighborhood where there is a handful of ethnic restaurants all within a 5 minute walk from my condo. So for the past few months I’ve had a goal of trying out new and interesting places to eat. Some foods I’ve tried before, some… never even thought to try.
Why the blog? One reason is to keep me on track and remind me to try new things. The second reason is that I am not afraid to try the small hole in the wall type of restaurants in fact some of the best meals I have had were the no name and unknown places. The “Cookie Cutter” type restaurants (I’m looking at you Montana’s, etc.) do not interest me at all since there’s no love in the food and trust me I’ve been there.
